Bring the Crafted Creations Experience to You!
Our mobile candle making workshops bring a unique, hands-on experience directly to your home, office, venue, or special event location. A Crafted Creations candle making expert will guide your group through a fun and interactive step-by-step process to create your very own custom 8oz candle.
Each participant will have the opportunity to explore a variety of fragrances, blend scents to create their own signature aroma, and personalize their candle with a custom label and unique candle name.
Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, hosting a team-building event, planning a girls’ night, corporate gathering, bridal event, or private celebration, our workshops create unforgettable memories your guests will love.

Class Duration

• Candle making portion: approximately 35–45 minutes depending on group size
• Candle curing/drying time: approximately 45 minutes–1 hour

During the drying period, we recommend providing refreshments or additional activities for your guests to enjoy.

Our staff will handle the cleanup process while candles are curing. Once the candles are ready, we will trim the wicks and package each candle for your guests.

If guests choose to leave before the drying process is complete, finished candles can remain in the designated candle-making area for pickup at a later time.

Age Requirement

Ages 10+

Because candle making involves handling extremely hot wax, all participants must be at least 10 years old.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult who is also participating in the workshop and able to assist them if needed.

We provide all candle making materials needed for your experience:

Please do not bring outside vessels, wax, fragrances, or candle-making materials. Our instructors can only properly guide participants using the professional materials and supplies provided by Crafted Creations.

Mobile Workshop Pricing

Travel Fee: $75

Package One — $300

• Minimum of 10 participants
• $30 per person

Package Two — $420

• Minimum of 15 participants
• $28 per person

Package Three — $500

• Minimum of 20 participants
• $25 per person

Groups larger than 20 guests are available starting at $25 per person.

Add-On Options

Enhance your experience with additional customizations:

🌸 Dried flower candle decorations — $2 per person
🕯 Larger candle vessels — Available for an additional cost
✨ Add a custom room spray experience — $8 per person

What We Need From You

To ensure your workshop runs smoothly, please provide:

✓ Enough tables and chairs for each participant
✓ A clear workspace area (photos of the setup area are helpful)
✓ Access to a working electrical outlet for our wax equipment
✓ A microphone is highly recommended for larger groups but is not required

Disposable tablecloths are optional but recommended for easier cleanup.

How to Book Your Workshop

To reserve your Crafted Creations Mobile Candle Workshop:

Please include:

• Preferred date
• Preferred time
• Package selection
• Estimated number of guests
• Event location

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to allow time for preparation. Groups larger than 20 participants should book 3–4 weeks in advance whenever possible.

Once availability is confirmed and your package is selected, an invoice will be sent to your preferred email address.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. The remaining balance will be due one week before the workshop date.

After the final invoice has been issued, no modifications can be made. Any additional guests or add-ons must be requested at least one week before the final invoice is finalized and paid.
