Private Group Party: Candle & Room Spray Experience

Step into an unforgettable evening of creativity, connection, and luxury fragrance at Crafted Creations Candle Studio. Our interactive candle and room spray making class is designed for guests who want to relax, socialize, and create custom-scented products in a fun, elevated atmosphere.

During this guided experience, each guest will handcraft one premium candle and one custom room spray using high-quality materials and fragrance oils. With over 30 signature scents to explore, you’ll have the opportunity to blend fragrances, personalize your creations, and even name your products for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Whether you’re planning a girls’ night, birthday celebration, or cooperate group event, this experience combines creativity with entertainment for the perfect team building vibe.

The Experience

The first portion of class focuses on guided candle and spray creation. Once your candle begins its curing process, the night continues with music, games, karaoke, mingling, line dancing, and great energy while you wait for your candle to set.

Age Requirements

• Ages 13+ to attend with at least 2 adults over the age of 18 also participating. Each guest must have a paid ticket to attend.

Please note: infants, children under 13, pets, and non-participating observers are not permitted under any circumstances.

For safety reasons, any guest arriving visibly intoxicated may be denied entry or removed without refund or rescheduling eligibility.

Food

Outside food is welcome for all PRIVATE party sessions only. Catered dishes are welcome. Plates, silverware, napkins and any other necessities for your food must be brought with you. Those items are not included. Complementary water bottles are provided.

Decor

Light decor such as balloons, marquee letters/numbers, small backdrops with stands are allowed. Absolutely no confetti, tapping, pinning or hanging anything from the walls or ceiling and no table decor as the tables are strictly for hot wax and candle making materials. 

Reservations & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Reservations are required to secure booking

Arrival & Late Policy

Classes begin promptly and include a strict 10-minute grace period.

• Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted. Once the class has started, the instructor will not be able to stop and start for anyone arriving late. Please note, starting after the scheduled time will cut into the class timeframe and the drying process of the candles. If the candles are not solidified by the end of class, you must return another day to pickup. Class will still end at the scheduled end time. 
• If you are running behind, please call immediately to check rescheduling availability. 
• We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes early to complete the required waiver and setup anumber food or light decorations before class begins

Rescheduling Policy

• Bookings are non-refundable
• A minimum 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling requests
• No-shows and last-minute cancellations are not eligible for rescheduling or credits
• All reschedule requests must be approved by email or text 

Add-Ons (Please email us to inquire about add ons prior to the booking date)

• Extra Participants after booking has been made. Please contact us to check for availability. If approved, a separate invoice will be sent for the additional participants. The additional fee with be the same fee per person that was made on the original booking. Discounts will not apply for additional participants.
